Terms of access to the application programming interfaces and embeddable components of the OtdelP Service (the “Service”). This document supplements the public offer; provisions on the API, access keys and widget are set out here in greater detail than in the general offer terms.

1. Definitions

Provider — the person identified as the Operator at the beginning of this document and in the offer. Integration user — a person who has accepted the offer and uses the Service under an account for which the Provider has granted access to the API and/or widget. API — OtdelP programming interfaces documented in the Service interface (including REST HTTP). Widget — an embeddable client script and markup for displaying a dialogue with an agent on third-party sites. Access key — an API key, token or other secret issued in the Account for calling the API or embedding the widget.

2. Subject

The Provider grants the Integration user a non-exclusive right to use the API and Widget within the paid plan and the Service’s technical limits, and the Integration user undertakes to comply with this agreement, the offer, the Privacy policy and the personal data processing terms. Available methods, quotas and authentication are determined by account settings in the Service interface.

3. Issuance, storage and revocation of keys

Access keys are created by the Integration user in the Account. The user must keep keys confidential, not disclose them to third parties (except the user’s employees and contractors acting on instruction and under the user’s control), promptly revoke compromised keys, and not use a single key in publicly accessible code if that creates a leak risk. The Provider may block or revoke a key upon breach of this agreement, a security threat, or a legal requirement.

4. Technical requirements and acceptable use

API calls and Widget embedding are allowed over a secure channel (HTTPS), in accordance with instructions published in the Service. Prohibited: circumventing limits and billing; using the Service for spam, malware or fraud; actions that create unreasonable load on the Provider’s infrastructure; decompiling the Service server side and attempts to gain unauthorised access to other users’ data. Domains and request origins must match the configured settings if origin restrictions are enabled in the Service interface.

5. Intellectual property

Exclusive rights to the Service, documentation, trademarks and Widget components (other than content submitted by the user) belong to the Provider or to right holders with whom the Provider has agreements. This agreement does not transfer rights to separately reproduce the source code of the Service server side. The Integration user retains rights to their own data and materials transmitted via the API or Widget.

6. Personal data and sub-processing

When integrating on the user’s sites and applications, processing of end visitors’ personal data is governed by the Privacy policy and applicable law; the Integration user must independently ensure legal grounds and notices for their end users to the extent required for their site or product.

7. Liability

The Service and API are provided “as is” to the extent not prohibited by law. The Provider is not liable for the operability of the Integration user’s sites and systems, third-party networks, or content that the user or end users transmit through the integration. The Provider’s aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user during the preceding 12 months for access to the Service, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

8. Amendment and termination

The Provider may change technical requirements and this agreement by publishing a new edition on the Site. Material changes that worsen already paid access do not apply retroactively without the user’s consent. Termination of access to the Service under the offer terminates the right to use the API and Widget; the user must stop calls and remove keys from public resources.

9. Dispute resolution and governing law

Claims procedure and jurisdiction are as in the public offer. This agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
