Privacy policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how information, including personal data, is processed when you use the OtdelP website and service (the “Service”, the “Site”). Use of the Service means you have read this Policy. This document applies together with the Personal data processing policy; when you pay for services — with the public offer; and when you use the API or the embeddable widget — with the Integration agreement.

2. Information we collect

When you use the Service, the following may be processed:

• account data (email address, name, password in encrypted form);
• content of dialogues and messages within the channels and integrations you connect;
• order, payment and lead data needed to perform the contract;
• technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, access logs;
• cookies and similar technologies — to the extent described in the cookie section.

3. How we use information

Information is used to:

• provide access to the Service and its features;
• process payments and account for services rendered (including via сервис эквайринга Selfwork (pro.selfwork.ru) — only when payment is made by individuals in the manner established by the payment intermediary);
• support users and perform contractual obligations;
• ensure security and prevent abuse;
• improve the product and (with your separate consent to analytics cookies) analyse Site traffic;
• comply with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

4. Storage and protection

Data are stored using organisational and technical safeguards. Information is shared with contractors (hosting, payment services, infrastructure and communications providers) only to the extent necessary to deliver the services, under contracts and in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Marketing emails are not sent without separate consent.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site may use cookies. For convenience they are grouped into: strictly necessary (session operation, signing in to the account area, security) and optional (for example, visit analytics if you consent via the Site banner).

On your first visit, a banner is shown: you may choose “Essential only” or “Accept all”. Your choice is stored locally in the browser and may be changed by clearing site data or switching browsers. Disabling cookies in browser settings may limit access to certain Service features.

Developer note: when the choice changes, a CustomEvent('otdelp:cookie-consent') is dispatched with detail.mode: 'essential' or 'all' — load third-party analytics scripts only when the mode is 'all'.

6. Your rights

You may request clarification, blocking or deletion of personal data within the limits set by law, and withdraw consent to processing where processing is based on consent. For requests, use the Operator contacts stated above in this Policy.

7. Changes to this Policy

The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is published on this page; the revision date is shown at the beginning of the document. Material changes affecting your rights should preferably also be communicated through the Service interface or by email.
